November 28, 2017 Board Meeting Agenda Item #41 Title APPROVAL OF DESIGN-BUILD CONTRACT WITH McINTYRE ELWELL & STRAMMER GENERAL CONTRACTORS, INC., FOR THE ENGLEWOOD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL-RESTROOM BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PROJECT Description The project scope of work consists of construction services for a restroom building at the Englewood Elementary campus. This contract has been approved by the School Board attorney and is available for review at the Construction Services Department. Funds for this project are contained in the 2017/18 Construction Services Department budget, project 5050-PE Bathrooms Project. Recommendation That the Design-Build Contract for the Englewood Elementary School-Restroom Building Construction project be approved as presented.
